I have to say that the odds on Kuopio look ridicolously low in this match against Ilves. Six rounds left, both teams with eight points to the drop and 15 to the European spots:

The two actually met in last round with an overtime win for Ilves after Olli Vaakalas 90+2 goal to 1-0. Kuopio had defender Ebrihma Soma sent off just before half time, but managed to keep Ilves to a minimum of chances in a pretty boring game from what I saw at the highlights.

Even if Ilves is a poor away team with two wins, nine losses and three draws, they should stand a good chance of taking a point today. Kuopio has drawn six of 13 home matches, and four of their eight season wins are tiny 1-0 victories.

I like the draw here. Either team should be satisfied keeping a good distance to the drop zone, and the draw was less than two minutes from being realized in the meeting last week. Very nice price here – I wasn’t expecting more than 3,25-3,30.
